You probably know this already by now.. But it was the Scorchbeast's strafe attack it can convert literally anything in the game except for Super Mutants (But for some reason the Behemoth can be converted)

Sadly, there isn't. It probably is unique to each and every skyrim game, where you have to edit the in the creation kit itself. There's probably a few things you need to make sure for it to work, all within the quest file "SkyHavenTempleA": 1) Quest Aliases should have up to X blades 2) In Dialogue Views, the conditions to have more followers should be right (This you'll have to figure it out) 3) In Scripts, edit the source of FreeformSkyHavenTempleAScript to have X blades aliases

when it comes to the 4th recruitment . the dialogue I brought some one to induct to the blades is there but it still doesnt make him a blade is there some command to fix this

It's quite complicated, really. I'd rather go give you my own modified copy than saying exactly what to modify and add in the quest list. Check the description again and get the mediafire one.

@phobos685 It's a 0.3% chance of having it (compared to the .01% chance for a page 5 book in Treasure Island). I only known a few people actually having one after their 50+ runs (solo) through it long ago

@phobos685 This boss is in Episode 1 Legend in Tumgalad and should be considered the most difficult boss (not bosses fought altogether) in the game. If memory recalls (as I hadn't played this stage itself in quite a while), you will most likely die without high level equipment.
